We’ve just emerged from a Saturday and Sunday at Sunflowerfest and tomorrow marks the start of another Northern Irish festival packed with music, drama and art. This year’s Eastside Arts Festival programme is packed with over 100 events across 40 venues in East Belfast between 10th and 21st August.

For the first time ever, Eastside Arts incorporates the Woodstock Rhythm & Blues Festival meaning there’s even more music for us to get around.

Among our highlights will be Anuna, Amanda St John, Kaz Hawkins, Nick Lowe and there’s even a Duke Special documentary on Belfast singer Ruby Murray who dominated the charts like no one before or since.

With over a hundred events, many of them free, you’re bound to have different highlights. Why not head over to EastsideArts.net, download a programme and let us know what your plans are.
