News from Moira Calling 2016

Moira Calling is an exciting new addition to the Northern Irish music calendar, with a focus on local produce; from the tunes to the food and craft brews.

As regular readers will know, festival season is well and truly underway and our team has already taken in the Belfast Feile, EastSide Arts Festival, Sunflower Fest, Woodstock Rythm and Blues Festival, Belsonic and the Open House Festival in Bangor… We can fit one more in, right?

Moira Calling is a new and exciting addition to the Northern Irish gig calendar and another great excuse for us to leave the city streets behind and head out into the unknown for a day of exceptional local music, food and drink.

The day in question is Saturday 10th September. Venue is the picturesque Moira Demesne in the County Armagh village and with fourteen acts across two stages, this looks set to be a great day out for music fans.

The 2016 lineup is headlined by Irish folk duo Hudson Taylor and also includes Ex Magician, Ports, David C Clements, Arborist, Callum Stewart, Hannah McPhillimy and others.
