Belfast Musicians Support Women’s Charities

Belfast songwriter Stef Campbell has recruited a top lineup to lend their voices to a great night in support of Target Ovarian Cancer and Angels of Hope.

Belfast songwriter Stef Campbell is a woman on a mission; well, a woman on several missions really. She’s been cropping up at open mic nights, grabbing some decent support slots and appearing at indie festivals across the city over the last year, developing an ever growing fan base and a repertoire of thoughtful acoustic indie folk tunes. She doesn’t sound busy at all, right? Well in her spare time she’s decided to put together a great lineup of friends and fellow artists to raise money for some very worthwhile causes.

All money raised on the night will be donated to Target Ovarian Cancer and Angels of Hope, two great causes and with tickets available on the door at only £8 you’d need a damn good excuse to not be there.

Confirmed acts on the bill so far include Beat’n’Drum Samba Band, Fiona McCourt, Morgan McIntyre, Amy Joyce, Master and Dog, Rory Nellis, The Dandy Horses, Mudblind, Stef Campbell, and Steve Toner with more names possibly still to come.

So, that’s Saturday 17th August at the Oh Yeah Music Centre… Grab a ticket, grab a pint at the bar and do something worthwhile with your Saturday night.
