Critically acclaimed musician, songwriter and producer Nick Lowe will headline a very special intimate show at this year’s Eastside Arts Festival in August.
Best known for his work as a producer with The Dammed, Elvis Costello, and The Pretenders, Lowe is also an accomplished songwriter who has had hits with ‘(What’s So Funny ‘Bout) Peace, Love, and Understanding’, ‘Cruel To Be Kind’, ‘I Knew The Bride (When She Used to Rock’n’Roll)’ and ‘The Beast In Me’. His songs have been recorded by Johnny Cash, Dave Edmunds, and Doctor Feelgood amongst others.
With such a with a wealth of material in his back catalogue, we can’t wait for this show which will take place in St. Patrick’s Church, Ballymacarrett, East Belfast on 20th August 2016.
