‘Infinite Hotel’ is the latest solo release by blues-rock guitarist Adam Norsworthy. He's an experienced musician with over twenty years in the industry under his belt as a solo artist and with The Mustangs and The Milk Men. ‘Infinite Hotel’ finds him drawing deep into those years of experience to produce a noteworthy collection.

Norsworthy founded his first band, The Hornets, in Washington DC aged 9 years old. By the age of 14, he had joined his first semi-professional band, The Zombie Rockers, often playing illegally in London venues. His mother was a folk singer and his father a war correspondent, and when you listen the to awareness of his lyrics and skilled writing, it is clear to see that both parents instilled the best of their talents into him.

The album opener ‘Bridges To The Moon’ is a classic guitar-riffing rocker that takes a swipe at the cost to the environment of politicians and their vanity building projects. The funk-based ‘Now I’ve Got Your Love’ follows, and both songs immediately set the tone of the record which falls somewhere between The Rolling Stones, The Verve, and The Black Crows.

There’s more than a hint of the late Gary Moore in the slow blues ‘Turn Your Love Around’, which ably allows Norsworthy to stretch out on lead guitar and he appears to bend and holds notes with ease.

Changing style, Norsworthy effortlessly steers the listener into a folk and Americana direction with the gentle ‘Lost In The Cinema’ and the anthemic ‘You’re My Song’.

Mixing the best sounds of classic rock and Americana with strong observational lyrics and memorable melodies, Adam Norsworthy ensures that ‘Infinite Hotel’ is worth checking into on many levels.
