Sunflowerfest has been a mainstay in the Folk and Tumble calendar for a few years now and we’ve watched the lineups and crowds grow over the last number of festivals. This year boasts six stages and over a hundred performances, ranging from music and art through to all sorts of family-friendly activities.
We are delighted to announce this year’s line-up and are looking forward to welcoming more guests than ever to Tubby’s Farm. This year’s headliners include an eclectic mix across many genres, meaning there will something to fit almost every musical taste at this year’s Sunflowerfest.

With Headliners on Friday 31st July named as reggae-rock-fusion act Dreadzone and some politically charged UK rap from Senser on Saturday 1st August there’s definitely an eclectic feel to this year’s proceedings. It’s the closing night of the festival we’re looking forward to most with a big punk hoedown from Skinny Lister, who have rose through the UK folk-punk ranks in the last few years.
Sunflowerfest has been a huge supporter of music from across the North and South of Ireland since its first inception six years ago and this year continues that unwavering support with a programme packed with local favourites like the hugely talented No Oil Paintings, Geoff Gatt, The Hard Chargers, The Dandy Horses, Hot Cops and the Woodburning Savages… a little bit of everything right up to former Stiff Little Fingers man Henry Cluney, making a solo appearance.
Additions to the lineup and more info on stage times etc will be available on the Sunflowerfest website closer to the festival.
This year’s festival will take place from Friday 31st July to Sunday 2nd August on Tubby’s Farm near Hillsborough and a range of tickets are available to suit all budgets and travel plans.
