Introducing Cousin Kula

With folky undertones to their indie-electro tune 'Hesitation', Cousin Kula have arrived on the scene with a handful of festival dates and bags of potential

Cousin Kula is a top new act based in Bristol, UK skirting the edges of electro and folk and bursting onto the scene with their debut single ‘Hesitation’.

Recorded in J&J studios and produced by Jim Barr, known for his work with Portishead and Get The Blessing, it’s a summery indie record with folk undertones.

‘Hesitation’ was first performed live in the ruins of a bombed out church as part of an installation that ran 24 hours a day for 24 days straight. Not your average band and not your average folk tune. Cousin Kula will be performing in Cambridge, Herefordshire, Bristol and festivals across the south of England this summer.

You can download the single for free and check out upcoming tour dates on cousinkula.com.
