ULTRAS is the brainchild of Scottish multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Gav Prentice. Born out of the ashes of Over The Wall, ULTRAS take influences from Scottish folk, electronica and hip-hop.
Prentice has taken the bold move to make his debut album with six different producers, more of a hip-hop play than your average folk record. The result is a collection of unique soundscapes with that distinct Scottish passion and wit. If you’re a fan of Admiral Fallow, Three Blind Wolves or Frightened Rabbit, you’ll probably like this a lot.
