Today, 8th June 2015, marks the UK release of ‘Counterfeit’, the new singer from acclaimed Nashville based songwriter Jenn Bostic. Taken from her latest album ‘Faithful’, which was made available earlier this month, the single sees Bostic taking her music to ever increasing crowds in the UK.
Her rise to prominence on British shores has been one of hard work, DIY attitude, exceptional talent and support from some big names on UK radio including BBC’s Sir Terry Wogan.
Counterfeit is a song of deceit, uncovering the true colours of someone or something that has misinterpreted the truth. Whether it be a lover or a negative voice in your mind, it’s wrapped in beautiful clothing, slowly pulling you into its lie.
