Mary Black has been one of the most celebrated names in Irish folk music for over a quarter of a century, winning over fans at home and abroad, with eleven albums all reaching platinum sales.
The music industry is well known for its need for the new and fickle and yet Mary Black has proven that talent and passion can transcend music scenes as well as national and musical boundaries.
Having recently visited North America and Europe, this “Last Call Tour” will be Mary’s final tour outside her native Ireland.
A retrospective of Mary’s career is available in ‘Down the Crooked Road’, her autobiography and accompanying soundtrack released in 2014.
Music has been so good to me, I’ve loved touring the world for the last 30 years.I have made so many friends and have countless fond memories from different corners of the globe. So to my fans everywhere I’d like to thank you. Le gach dea-ghuí.
