Anthony Toner is a songwriter who’s been kicking around the Irish music scene for many years honing his craft. ‘The Road To Fivemiletown’ is a beautiful song, a ballad in the folk pop genre but borrowing heavily from the old Irish storytellers with little hints of Van Morrison in there for good measure. A new track, this has already become a much requested fan favourite at live shows.
