Londoner Alex Burey has been busy in his little home studio in South London. The resulting ‘Family Stone’ EP is set for release on 13th June 2015 via Alex’s own Pling Records Label.
‘Family Stone’ follows the critically acclaimed ‘Inside World’, which was released earlier this year and is inspired by the intimacy you’ll find in the work of Terry Callier, Scott Walker or Devendra Banhart. The new four track EP is mixed by Neil Comber, known for his work with MIA and Django Django.
This week sees Alex take to the road for a few dates in support of the fantastic Derry-based songwriter SOAK.
