Who is the Emerald Armada?
Northern Irish foot-stomping, crowd surfing, hook-laden, folk-punk. Yeah, it’s a genre and The Emerald Armada are milking it for all it’s worth. In fact, they’re blazing something of a trail and you’ll find them playing rock bars, indie festivals, intimate acoustic shows or trad sessions down the pub. Equally at home in any of these places, where there’s a guitar, a bodhran and a bass The Armada will make music happen.
