Forever – Haim

Haim are a great band, though genre defying. Often compared to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, they are at once pop, r'n'b, electro, folk and everything between.

Los Angeles’ Haim are a great band, though genre defying. Often compared to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, they are at once pop, r’n’b, electro, folk and everything between.

Again though we state, they are a fantastic band and have now achieved something of notoriety with their performance on BBC’s ‘Later with Jools Holland’ show. It’s a fairly flawless live performance of ‘Forever’ but it’s the astounding “bass-face” of Este that has captured the imaginations and hearts of the UK music loving public. If you haven’t caught this current slice of YouTube gold yet, enjoy.

And yes, we know that this one might tumble a little far away from the folk you all love so here’s another track to whet your appetite. Definitely a band from which we’ll be hearing a lot more.
