‘Little Angel’ is the latest single from The Lost Brothers and combines their trademark harmonies with a traditional festival feel.
You can download the track for free from The Lost Brothers’ Soundcloud page but Mark and Oisin would love you to make a small donation to a children’s charity of your choice. Alternatively you can buy the track from your favourite digital retailer with 100% of the profits going towards the great work done by UNICEF.
The track first emerged in rough demo form seven years ago during a recording session in Portland, Orgeon. It’s remained hidden away in the archives until a recent stormy ferry crossing to Ireland inspired the duo to complete the remaining verses and chorus. Recorded by Dublin-based Californian native Sean Coleman at Gavin Glass’ Orphan Studios, ‘Little Angel’ features Graham Hopkins from The Frames on drums with Michael Buckley and Ronan Dooney from Glen Hansard’s band arranging bass.
