Who is Mat Hunsley?
Mat Hunsley is a twenty year old English singer-songwriter who lends a contemporary slant to a more traditional folk sound. There are clear influences from the likes of Ben Howard or James Vincent McMorrow although with a warmer, more baritone vocal delivery which gives him a foot in the Johnny Flynn camp. Look out for this Newcastle based artist and enjoy ‘Au Contraire’.
